					<description>I'm glad you're posting again.  Congrats on losing 7lbs!!!  7 lbs in 3 weeks is really good! Better than losing 50 lbs in a month from Slimfast and then gaining it all right back once you return to real food.</description>

					<description>Just remember that muscle weighs more (and burns more calories) than fat.  Keep working out and there will be a point where it starts flying off again.  Don't get discouraged by this, and upcoming plateaus.</description>
